Every application goes through manual review. If accepted, you’ll receive a link to schedule your mandatory free 60-minute assessment.
- Austin applicants: downtown at my building’s gym or your home gym (your choice).
- Out-of-town applicants: complete your assessment over Google Meet.
- During the assessment, we’ll cover goals, background, equipment access, and readiness. If approved, you begin Accountability Coaching immediately. Strong fit + Austin may be invited to Co-Training™ later.

- Workouts you can execute: exercises with sets and reps or time targets and effort cues; cardio includes duration and intensity guidance.
- Nutrition guidance: custom macro targets, meal frameworks, grocery and prep coaching, and weekly tweaks. You execute; I steer.
- Use your tools: Garmin or Apple Watch, Strava, WHOOP or Oura, MyFitnessPal, and others. I read the signals you share.
- Daily action expectation: something every day - training, mobility, or a nutrition check-in. We match my frequency, not my intensity or volume.
- Missed days: we adjust and move. Repeated misses trigger a reset on schedule, sleep, and environment.
- Weekly office hours: optional 10 minute office hour slot you can book each week for extra questions or problem solving.
- Monthly performance report: AI-assisted report summarizing your performance trends, consistency patterns, constraints, and recommended adjustments.

What is the Achieve Anything framework?
The Achieve Anything framework is a 13 week operating system for turning one meaningful goal into consistent action. It closes the gap between what you say you want, what you actually do, and who you are becoming.

What do my first 7 days look like?
Assessment is already done. Week 1 is action:
- Day 1 plan (you still train): lock the week schedule, equipment use, and macro targets.
- Strength: 3 strength sessions across the week.
- Cardio: up to 6 days, mixed durations and intensities (some short, some longer).
- Mobility: light mobility on about 6 days (a few minutes minimum on most days).
- Rest: up to 1 full rest day if needed.
- Daily check-ins: quick message confirming what you did and what is next.
- Weekly 30-minute call: end of week review and adjustments.
How do daily check-ins work?
Short text or email each day with what you completed, quick notes on wins or issues, and the plan for tomorrow. I reply with nudges or adjustments as needed.What does the weekly 30-minute call cover?
We review adherence and metrics, remove obstacles around schedule, sleep, food, and recovery, update macros and training loads, and finalize the plan for the next week.What are weekly office hours?
Once per week I open a limited office hour window. Accountability Coaching clients can book a 10 minute slot inside that window for quick questions, troubleshooting, or decision support between regular calls. It is optional and first come, first served. Co-Training™ support happens in person, so there is no separate office hour booking for Co-Training™.What is the monthly performance report?
Once a month you receive an AI-assisted summary that pulls from your training data, check-ins, and our calls. It highlights performance trends, consistency patterns, and key constraints, then recommends specific adjustments for the next month. Both Accountability Coaching and Co-Training™ receive this report.How does the Achieve Anything framework integrate with coaching?
Both programs get access to the paid version of my Achieve Anything framework app. Accountability Coaching clients receive daily personalized check-in emails from the app plus optional monthly framework check-in conversations with me and access to the private Achieve Anything community group. Co-Training™ uses the same framework, but progress and adjustments are handled directly in our in-person sessions instead of separate automated emails, and those clients also get access to the private Achieve Anything community group.Will you write my workouts? How specific are they?
Yes. You will get exercises, sets and reps or time-based work, rest intervals when needed, and target effort using RPE, heart rate, or power. Cardio sessions include duration and intensity guidance.Do you tell me exactly what to eat?
You get custom macro targets, meal frameworks, grocery and prep guidance, and weekly tweaks. You execute. Full done-for-you meal planning is a Co-Training™ feature.What apps and devices should I use?
In Accountability Coaching we use whatever you already track with: Garmin or Apple, Strava, WHOOP or Oura, MyFitnessPal, and similar tools. I do not force a new ecosystem. In Co-Training™, I provide the full device and subscription stack for you, including training computer, wearables, and key software subscriptions.What if my schedule is crazy?
We design around your life: shorter sessions, split sessions, and stacked days when needed. The non-negotiable is a daily touchpoint.What if I miss a day?
We adjust the week and keep momentum. If misses stack up, we reset constraints such as time of day, session length, and environment so the plan fits your life.What if I am traveling or only have minimal equipment?
I provide "minimal kit" variants using bodyweight, hotel gyms, or bands so you hit the intent of the day and keep the streak alive.How hard will you push me?
Accountability Coaching matches my frequency but not my intensity or volume. We progress intelligently - quality and consistency first, then load. Co-Training™ uses the same principle, with closer real-time adjustments during in-person sessions.Injuries or medical considerations?
You need medical clearance. I will modify inside safe limits, prioritize pain-free movement, and maintain progress without unnecessary risk.Where are in-person sessions held?
- Accountability Coaching: only the assessment is in person for Austin locals. All Accountability Coaching training is remote.
- Co-Training™: more than 90 percent of sessions are in person. We train together at a premium gym or in a premium home gym that I purchase and have installed for you using your included equipment allowance.
